This is a Google issue because it doesn't work at all. It will indicate all other devices are signed off, but when I actually check, they aren't. Also, if I change my password, it will change it, and also tell me that the changed PW will allow all the listed "signed-off" devices access. Brilliant.

I totally agree with you, those people come back after being signed out. Nobody can tell us how to fix it, and Google is impossible to get a hold of.

Here's my problem. No matter how many times I change my password, it's like they get it before I do and they log right in, like taking candy from a baby. Even buy new phones. Same shit, different day kind of thing.

Yes, and if they just close the notification bubble they are just fine so actually this doesn't work. I know this because I tried to do it and when I checked I got the notification but I still was able to check Google photos, Gmail, everything.
