Oooof. Next time you get a new phone, refuse to have your dad set it up, and use a different Google account. Save all your passwords and data to that account beforehand, and you should be good.

And now after you clear data, DON'T OPEN THE APP INSTANTLY! wait for 5-10mins(or more if your phone is old), then open the app. Like that, the app will not take much time to open.
