How to Remove Profile Lock Code From Netflix App on Android, iPhone or Smart TV
1. From a web browser, go to your Netflix Account page: netflix.com
2. From the Profile & Parental Controls section, select the profile you want to lock.
3. Select Change for Profile Lock.
4. Enter your Netflix account password.
5. To remove the PIN requirement, uncheck the box.
6. Tap Save.

yo i have a problem right so when i remove the pin from my account it updates on my phone netflix app but not on my tv when i take it out in my tv it shows it locked still and when i put the passcode it says incorrect then i reactivate the locked account put the same passcode and it works but i want to take that shit out how do i work this thing?

I had the same issue. I unplugged the tv for 5 minutes i got a second device my tablet and i disconnect from all devices I connect to the phone and i was able to remove the Lock from the profile easy. After i turn on the tv and i connect again and problem solved.
