Has somebody who is installed thousands of screen protectors in her life lol I do recommend once the screen protector is on to spray a little solution on the top. That way your squeegee has less friction and you’re able to get the bubbles and liquid out from the bottom easier.

I’m glad you made this video. I was about to ask for this same topic related thing a few week ago and here you made it. If I had a RRS I’d put this film on as soon as I get inside the car for the first time. Like you said I can’t stand nasty fingerprints and scratches

I am glad I stumbled upon this video. At the carwash today, I paid extra to have the interior cleaned. An employee of the carwash scratched both my infotainment system, the plastic around the shifter, and the dash. It was frustrating. Another employee told me they can talk to their manager next Monday and said he was not sure if his manager was going to believe me, but he did. Then, he tells me they hired some new employees and they don't always listen to NOT use a rag on the infotainment system. It was like they used a rag to clean the door well and then used it on the infotainment system! I might have to try this product out.

Man, I accidentally scratched my wife’s screen in her new Lincoln with the vacuum. It was a thin 2-3” scratch but definitely noticeable. I felt terrible and after watching this video I decided to give Screen Protech a try and it came out great. The scratch is no longer visible and the screen looks better than it did before. Thanks!

Direct is fine. You only need a few sprays to lubricate the screen

Hi I purchased the set for my 2019 range rover velar the top film fit perfectly but the film that I applied to the screen with the knobs was a overhang it need trimming I guess, I contacted the company about this 😥

Thanks for sharing. Does the thin film reduce the sensitivity for touchscreen? A similar example is the protection film on smart phone. Reaction is always better when there is no protecter.

Nice, my screens a re not bad on my 2020 sport but the gloss black center console area where the cup holders are and the cup holder cover look horrible. Ordered the entire kit so hopefully it helps.

2020 Honda CRV-EXL? Bought it a few days ago and took if for a ride and the sales girl was smart she rolled all the windows down and told me a really personal story to distract me. It only has like 20K miles and I picked it up and noticed the smoke smell when the AC was on. I asked them to run the ozone machine and the kid in service suggested I got buy a SMOKE ODOR FOGGER? Those things are toxic and only cover up the smell, plus I just paid $35K cash for it and it should've been detailed as a certified vehicle? I spent 15min ranting about how I don't want a fogger because I have asthma and the fact it sprays liquid chemicals everywhere. They agreed so I picked it up and sure enough they lied and used the fogger and all that fog juice got all over the infotainment system and they just rubbed it in and now you can see the coating wearing off. They refuse to fix it or do anything other than give me my cashiers check back and then I'm without a car and have to take additional time off work?? They are all young kids that should be working at Wendy's and not selling cars

i have a scratch on my impala touch screen and now when I touch the screen buttons are unresponsive or it'll think I am touching a different button on screen. will this help fix this issue?

This was a grest find here!! I always use microfiber cloths like what you use on cleaning glasses. However, i don't think those are the best to use on LCD screens. As you still get some micro scratches. So this is worth checking out here.

This is cool, but you're not removing the scratches, but rather covering them with the film. Would this not risk air bubbles developing where there are now imperfections on the screen?

No. I never had any air bubbles come up. It’s basically like when you apply tint to a window or ppf to the paint. To take out all air bubbles in the installation process.

Ok. But your title is quite misleading. You didnt remove the scratches. You simply covered them. So in the end not what i was looking for

Since you can’t actually remove scratches without replacing the screen. Which no one in their right mind would do, this basically removes the scratches from your view point which is the whole point

You can remove the scratches on a plastic screen through rubbing compound. Fine lvl 1 with a small orbital polisher will do it
