Yes it can.... Even reset can. But since the reset is deactivated, u can use a system or download terminal and rerun the sdp

What is phone specifications? The security plugin is not from Eazybuy it is Intelligra Solutions it uses sim to open the lock until you have paid completely but the lock has been due so how will I open it
