Sometimes you'll need to remove the wiper arms completely to get into the compartment at the back of the engine (I'll put £10 on it that you'll be trying to fix a leak caused by blocked drainage channels - I'm doing a video on it). This is how you do it. Only 1 tool needed - a 13mm socket.
It's easier than you think removing the arms, but there is one critical tip that you need to do in order to get them off.
This is a Mercedes SLK230 R170 year 2000. For this job, I use a Draper socket which are nice quality and can be picked up relatively cheaply: amzn.to/3zrhtMf
