Great video. I’ve just bought a 2006 A6 Estate in addition to my S5 Coupe. There’s a problem with water inside the tailgate, so hopefully this video will help.

Usually the problem is the seal around the Arm wiper.

thanks for the video... i have some leak behind the panel from the washer system...i removed all the bolts and two lights... i managed to pull down the "door end" of the panel, but cannot pull down the "window" end of the panel... my panel has the sunscreen curtain, do you think it could have a bit different hooks to pull? thanks for any advice...

I did this to replace the wiper motor but my reverse lights are now not working despite plugging them in again, any ideas on how this has happened?

they all have that problem. mine had a problem with the little steel pipe inside the wiper motor, it wasn't water tite anymore. i had to use silicone sealant and it's ok now

Yes, the 2 plastic covers are the access to the taillights

If he didn’t speak English (possibly the most spoken language in the world) I’d still be wondering how to remove this trim and replace my wiper motor.
