Hi Sir, I applied for UAE PCC but it was rejected, I don't know the reason, cases or any other complaints not against me. I was stayed more than ten months in UAQ in the company without Visa, company not renewed lisence so somany employers faced same situation atlast I desided gi back to my country and inform to company.. 15/06/2023 I arrived in India. 2024 july applied for PCC.. How to know the reason and how it solve.. Reply me Sir please.

She needs to contact the bank and try for a settlement first so they can remove the ban, and then about the overstay if she has a ban, she needs to check that with either ICP if it's from Abu Dhabi, or GDRFA of its Dubai.

hey @khalfan ishtiaq. i was overstay on visit visa, i took an outpass and left one year back. can i come back or remove the travel ban.

No you can't, if you have overstayed on a Visit visa, theirs an application you apply while being inside the country to reduce fines you clear the fines and then you are given a grace period, to either leave the country to renew your visa, in that case you can come back easily. But if you leave the country with an outpass you cannot come back as of today, I don't know if they change the rules later on.

Hello sir! I’m your new suscriber ! I overstayed my visit visa then I left UAE with out pass without paying my overstay. So one of my friend told me the ban will take 2 years then after 2 years I can come back again so I applied for new tourist visa of UAE , they granted me visa , when I reached Dubai aeroport Immigration didn’t allow me to entered Dubai and they deported me to my country, then I have a question , now I want to visit Dubai so If I pay my overstay, immigration can take me off of blacklist ? If you have any advice or information about overstay case

Hi, how are you. I don't have any legal authority to answer your question directly. The best option for you is to go to Dubai Govt website and send them an email. With all your details they will answer you with proper information. I hope that helps.

No brother if your medical comes as unfit, it's there in the system all over UAE it can't be removed, unless you go back home get treatment and tested that you do not have that disease anymore. May Allah give you good health.

Does he need police clearance from the UAE ? He can request a police clearance through the official Dubai Police or Abu Dhabi Police app, and for further information you can go to an Enjaz and ask them regarding the police clearance.

Hi Komal, thank you for subscribing, and I pray Allah blesses you with good health. Once you are diagnosed with TB, your results are there in the system, and I think you will not get a visa unless you have a medical certificate that shows you don't have TB anymore, submit that with your visa application. Also, I'm not a government official. All my answers are based on personal experiences, and rules do change from time to time so you can follow up with the company's PRO who applies for your visa.

Police will not call you, you will get an sms from court that a case has been filed if there is no case you can travel. You can call the court help line and give them your emirates id number they will tell you if you have any case on your name.

Why were you blacklisted ? And how did you know you are blacklisted ? Ask your husband to apply for a visit visa or he can go to any Tasheel in Abu Dhabor AMER service in Dubai don't go to any local typing centers. There is one typing center I usually use in Abu Dhabi. It's behind Al Maria Mall

I was deported from Dubai court in 2017 in the case of WhatsApp emoji, I have no one to run for me in Dubai to do appeal for mercy or request to Dubai public prosecution, I'm ready to pay fine but I know there is no one to run for me , So now I wish to go another Arab country , so ...
