Try cleaning it from cmd commands and then formatting it to let's say ntfs. Incase you want to comfirm if it is done or not go to the disk management and delete that volume and create volume of your own choices

This is not a problem it is by Design, This video is a waste of time , they are desiged to write protect if there is error with the file system to prevent further data loss, if no phyisical button you need to replace the drive, Othere wise you would be able to just delete the partitions in disk management, that is all Easus software is doing.

On EaseUs app just wipe all partition on usb then create a new partition with same GB size

If all everything failed then try this : plug the problematic USB into a phone (not a iphone cuz its not a phone) format the usb and done. you use any app form the play store to do it.
