Work Flow to make this site plan in Photoshop step by step:
1- Subscribe and like my videos ^_^
2- Download the files at the end of the description.
3- Import the site plan.
4- Add a background.
5- Select the grass areas as shown, and fill them with the pattern defined.
6- Select the other grass areas and fill them with the defined pattern.
7- Work on the beach and place it on the corner.
8- Adjust the colors.
9- Now, import the palm tree, adjust colors, and scale, and copy it all over the grass.
10- Import other trees to add more details to the site plan.
11- play with colors a bit.
12- Merge all to a new layer, and adjust it in Camera Raw Filter "Ctrl+Shift+A"
13- You can add any other details.
