You are missing something in your explanation. You can try to select a different state and search with your BH number. You will get to see what I am trying to mention here. In my opinion, once a vehicle is registered under BH from any state RTO, you can carry your vehicle across PAN India but while renewing you must select your origin state RTO only. Please correct me if I am wrong

One thing you mentioned is wrong. We cannot change the state during the renewal of the tax. I tried. It showed me error. You can try and give a proper soulution

If i work in a private company having offices in 4 different states and i take BH number. After 3 years i switch to a company having office in only one state then will i be eligible to renew BH number?

Thanks. I have also a BH series car in the year 2022 from Chandigarh. After retirement, I have shifted to WB under barrackpore RTA. Now my request to you that , can I get state no? Or change my address from Chandigarh to WB? If I pay tax, will new RC be issued, my RC is showing reg validity till 2037. It will be great if you help me. Because last week visited RTA but their response was neither way. But agent are saying it can be. But if I take noc and won't get the job done, will be more problem. Currently i am in pvt org having offices in more than 4 states. I am currently having BH series number. Now since i am going to change the pvt organisation which is present in one state only, do i need to change the number from BH to regional number or i can keep paying the tax every 2 years

We don’t need to submit form 60 again ? If I change to a company who doesn’t have 4 branches doesn’t matter in renewal ?

While renewing it’s showing me Fine as well of ₹800. But not sure about the reason for same. Still one month left for my current registration to expire.
