dpat nman po sana wether new and renewal parehong susunod sa bagong policy ng DTI..ung mga datihan..naka General Merchandise o naka Enterprises halos lahat natitinda nila..ung mga bagong nagpaparehistro limitado kz very spicific ung sa business naming

can i use my permit to another place, for example, i have main branch in Imus Cavite, and i want to use the DTI Permit for the branch in Teresa, Rizal? reason is, we just got the DTI Permit two weeks ago, only then i was able to buy off this food business and plan to make it a branch of the one in Imus Cavite. The permit's expiring 2026 - and only during renewal is where you can rescope. or are there any other way to this?

it depends on the business scope you chose during application. if the scope is BARANGAY, your business name is applicable only in a specific barangay, like in your case, in a specific barangay in IMUS, CAVITE. if you chose CITY/MUNICIPALITY, your business name covers the whole town of IMUS. Now since you branch out in Teresa, Rizal which is in a different province but same Region (4A), you must upgrade your scope to REGIONAL. And if you're going outside CALABARZON, you need to have NATIONAL scope. you may visit nearest DTI office to upgrade your business scope....

Hello and good day! I'm trying to renew my DTI registration. But I can't seem to move past the page with my business information and personal information. Some of the information are blank (I don't know why), like business address, etc. Tried to input these information manually (via desktop and mobile phone using different browsers), but I cannot type anything on the empty spaces (example: house/bldg no., street address, zip code, etc.) And since these information have asterisks (*), I cannot move forward to the renewal process. Please help. Thanks.

Hi, maaari po kayong humingi ng assistance sa BNRS helpdesk para sa inyong concern. Magsend lamang ng email sa bnrshelpdesk@dti.gov.ph na nakasaad ang pagrequest ng TRN. Isama rin sa email and business name, owner's name at mag-attach ng government-issued id at Certification para sa verification. Salamat po.

Your Business Name will not be accepted under the following instances: 1. Those that connote activities or norms that are unlawful, immoral, scandalous or contrary to propriety; 2. Those names, words, terms or expressions used to designate or distinguish, or suggestive of quality, of any class of goods, articles, merchandise, products or services; 3. Those that are registered as trade names, trademarks, or business names by any government agency authorized to register names or trademarks; 4. Those that are inimical to the security of the State; 5. Those that are composed purely of generic word or words; 6. Those that by law or regulation are restricted or cannot be appropriated; 7. Those that are officially used by the government in its non-proprietary functions; 8. Those names or abbreviations of any nation, intergovernmental or international organization unless authorized by competent authority of that nation, inter-government or international organization; 9. Those ordered or declared by administrative agencies/bodies or regular court not to be registered; 10. Those names of other persons; 11. Those names which are deceptive, misleading or which misrepresent the nature of business.

Hi, Lady Anne Lugtu. To continue with your payment, go to Transaction Inquiry page. Input your reference code and click search. Click your business name in the result to resume the renewal. The system should direct you to the payment page.

Mangyari na lamang po i-click ang Proceed button sa Undertaking page. Matapos pindutin ang proceed button, direkta po kayong dadalhin nito sa payment details kung saan makikita ang mga online payment options. Salamat po.

If you want a different business name, pwede po. But the process requires you to cancel your existing business name, then apply for new business name. In cancellation, you need to attach affidavit of cancellation, duly notarized, and states that the business has no outstanding financial obligations.

Hi, to download your certificate online please be guided by the ff: Step 1: Go to Transaction Inquiry shown under the Business Name Services of the website. • Confirm your agreement to the Terms and Conditions of the registration by clicking “I Agree” Step 2: Input your Reference Code in the field provided. • A verification code will be sent to the email address you provided in your registration. Step 3: Use the verification code to access the Transaction Summary. Step 4: Download your certificate found in Downloadable Contents

Good day! I was about to pay online na po using debit card kaso it was declined. Bigla po bumalik sa home page, then when I was about to try it again, di na po ma click ang business name link ko after i searched it using the reference code. Nakalagay lang po sa status is for payment/unpaid. Di na po ako makapag proceed for payment. Pano po kaya ito? Thank you

Hi, you may only update your name in your registration only by virtue of marriage or judicial decree. In case your business has a new owner, the active BN registration should be cancelled and a new one applied for under the new business owner's name.
