Sir based sa nababasa ko sa mga comments. Kapag NO RESULTS FOUND ay dahil expired na at need kumuha/gumawa ng bago. Yung pag kuha po ba ulit pwedeng online? and kung same name ma cacarry over parin po ba yung penalty para maka gawa ulit? TIA

Yes pd po inline as if na new DTI… in case na hindi m n makuha yung old name, at you still want that name, you need to to the nearest DTI…

Here the DTI said about renewal of DTI: Early Filing - One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the expiration date Regular Filing - Within ninety (90) calendar days following the expiration of the registration Late Filing or Grace Period - Within ninety (90) calendar days after the Regular Filing period subject to a payment of a surcharge of fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee. All BN registrations not renewed within the grace period shall be immediately cancelled and shall be made available for registration by other parties subject to existing rules on registrability. Since you registration already expired and not renewed within the grace period, you may register it as a new name. For more clarification, please call me on numbers showed in this video.

nag error po sa proceed to payment. then pag search ko ulit sa status meron ng reference code tapos naka lagay sa status for payment/unpaid. kaya lng hind na ma click ung business name para maka proceed ako . paano po to?

done the renewal. Thanks to this vid. may konting problem lang di ko naedit yung email address and i already done the payment. Pwede pa ba mapalitan yung email para mareceived ko yung verification code. Yung email kasi na nakalagay parang email ng nag assist sakin sa DTI since wala naman akong nafill upan na email pag nag rerenew ako personal sa DTI. first time ko thru online renewal kaya di ko na check.@@edjes

Pero may mayor permit po ako.pero laki ng binayaran ko sa munisipyo nasa 16k mag 5yr na po ung sari sari store ko maliit lang naman po deneclare ko 300per day benta ko pero mlaki parin siningil. Bka abutin na po ako ng 20k this yr.hnd naman po groceries tindahan ko.

In the case of sole proprietor and professionals - Special Power of Attorney (SPA), if abroad, consularized SPA… If corporation, prtnership and cooperative (non individual entity) - secretary’s certificate and board resolution authorizing somebody. Yun naka pangalan sa SPA ang pupunta sir sa dti EX.yun pinsan ko?ang kwento kasi Ganito sir emm dati partnership yun sa pinsanko dalawa kami may ari dati yun van uv express pero sa ngayon na is sa amin na sir solo na namin. Tanong ko sir sinu mang process ng papers pwede ba kami/ako or yun naka pangalan lang sa SPA??
