You can use 0.5 mm copper wire they dont burnt fastly 100 turns and bboooom motor is much more powerful

Car oil very little of it will do better too my friend the stuff you sprayed cleans it and is only temporary i used that stuff it last only.certain amount of time only cleans don't last long as soon as that stuff cleans put very little car oil in not satiate it but to spread with finger and it will work

why the wire can be burned? if dc motor cannot rotate, do we should change the Cooper wire too? or this come from diffremt reason? how we can solve this? my fan cannot rotate, and i don't smell burn from motor

Oh, just fast forward. The number of turns would obviously vary by your actual motor. How much space is in the stator, your wire gauge, etc. You match the gauge as closely as you can just eyeballing it, and wind till there is no more space, taking care to count and balance the windings so they are the same all around. Of course this means your motor is no longer the same spec as before your refurb, but you're probably not using exactly the same wire anyway, so the spec is sure to be out. This isn't precision engineering here. We just want the motor to turn.
