How to repair Braun 600W blender

This was my attempt to open my Braun blender for repair. The blender just stopped suddendly in the middle of blending some soup.
I found out that these blenders arent supposed to be open, however this can be done by cutting with a knife at the bottom of the case, just between the outer case, see around the two gray things that secures the blender blades (better to see the video).
As you can find out, the spring that holds one of the motor brush snaped and thats why that the blender stopped working. Also the motor speed regulator was lose, i didnt have the motor speed regulation for some time ago.
I dont recommend buying this brand, this thing is now garbage because of a small piece that broke. Had to buy one of the same brand because i have externals parts for mixing and cutting. Thanks Braun for saving the planet with one more blender in the garbage!

Tip from "Eduard Buruga"
"The motor was spinning but the spindle accessory did not.
So i removed the black center piece from the axis with a long nose pliers and apply some epoxy inside and placed it back.
Now it s working fine."

I also tried that. It has been super glued. Impossible to remove it without breaking it. Absolutely waist of time.

My one works when you lean into it and twist it slightly to the right... i guess it needs to activate some safety mechanism

Yours is on the way out, what you say is an indication that the motor brushes are almost gone. Prepare to buy another one :)

The black plastic that attaches to the shaft of the motor.

I didn't took it off, but I believe that black piece is pressed into the shaft.

How to destroy Braun 🤣🤣🤣🤣 But anyway, go hell Braun! Why did you produce a product that impossible to repair? By this way, thank you for scarifying your Braun. Now I have the same product and it is not working. Was looking for how to disassemble and found your video. I will put the Braun to the trash and never buy Braun mixer again. Thanks a lot.

Maybe they do this way to make the product less expensive, however this is not a cheap product... i really dont understand either. Thanks for your comment!

That way you will throw it away and buy a new one, this is why they make them like this. Going to that extend of complicated molds and welding techniques is not cheap...but for them to be able to sell and sell again the same product over and over again is double the profit.

The titel should be = How "NOT" to repair Braun 600W blender..!!! you use fany tools - that are not used bay ANY TECH that I know-Includ me...And I did some stuf..!!! Knife !!! Do you think that Braun co Tech Use Knife to open the unit !!! This was so sad for me to see No logic to solove problem. You should Find other profation to play with. But since it was SO FUNNY..You got my tumb-up & left me with this good joke of "repair" Thank's

No, but that rubber thing is only for garnish

It is not possible to remove it, the gray rubber is somehow sprayed to the surface as the last step after assembling the whole blender. I have tried, and you can scratch and tear it down in pieces.

😊👍 I see. I had problems with mine today. The motor was spinning but the spindle accessory did not. So i removed the black center piece from the axis with a long nose pliers and apply some epoxy inside and placed it back. Now it s working fine. I didn't have to take it apart anymore. Not that I had any clue on how to open it 😂😂 It s pretty counterintuitive
