Sir ji i have recently made DIY power bank with 3 cell of 2000 mah 18650 But the problem this that after a use of three days it starts for only 10 sec hardly and switch offs. Charging is ok.

Hello i have a question i bough new solar Power bank 20mAh when i power it on sometimes the powerbank powers off automatically after 15 seconds and sometimes it charges for 5 hours and then it powers off automatically and sometimes 2 hours please any solution ?

It might be a power saving feature, if the load becomes low, it shuts down. Try connecting a sufficient load (example: A 10 Ohm resistance which will draw 500mA continuosly, if it doesn't shut down, its confirmed to be power saving feature
