Just checked my Sony Bravia 32” today with the same issue and found out also that one of Led lights was busted and need to be replaced. After replacing the Led light my tv work well. Thank you for this info that I may able to tell my brother who is also an electronic technician what to check😊

I’ glad you got it fixed...how do we get to the leds...you skipped a whole bunch of steps....How did you find the faulty led...How did you test it and how or where do we get the led strip....I assume I can replace the whole strip to avoid having to solder...Remember, you’re trying to teach to the laymen, the regular folk, not tv techs. Great job

Dear Sir, You are very good in explaining and thanks for your video. I have a problem with a TV SAMSUNG 32'' model UE32F5000AW. Sound is OK and with Remote Control channels are changing OK but I have no backlight and when I connect cable of LED strips (9x5) on IP Power Supply, TV shuts down. Testing LEDs with LED Tester MLV300 I have light in all LEDs. Please for a little help. Christ

Sir good day... Tinapos at pinanuod ko tlga video nyo .. parehas na parehas po tayo ng unit at ganyan din po ang problem ng tv ko... Pag mag play na ng video bigla ng mamamatay... Pero pag di nagpaplay ng video at naka stand by lng di naman namamatay...pero im sure ganyan nadin ung prob.. kasi sa baba ng t.v medyo madilim na nga di na pantay ang liwanag... Nag reset factory settings na ako lahat sa setting kinalikot ko na . Then nakita ko itong video mo sir at nakita ko na same problem sana sir may contact number po kayo pra pwede nadin po sana magpagawa sa inyo.. very helpful po ang video nyo kaso pag wala masyadong knowledge sa mga ganito im sure mahihirapan... Sana matulungan nyo ako sir... Napasubscribe nadin ako sa channel nyo dahil alam ko maraming matututunan sa inyong content...sana masagot nyo ako sir . Salamat😊

All i did was hold the power button and it worked

i have sony bravia KDL-40R455B the screen starts 3 times ,the first time stays on for 5 sec and goes off with green led with a high frequency sound, the second time the same, but the 3rd time stays longer about 10 sec then goes off with red blinking led 6 times, even if i remove the led power cable that goes to backlight does the same thing but without the backlight. so i have a sony KDL-48WD653 when i turn it on it has a green light for a few moments and eventually 6 red flashes, I was told it would be the backlight (which im guessing means the actually LED strips and not a specifically named board?) or it could be the inverter board or one of the other boards. But what I was wondering is, do sony TVs not come on at all if some of the LED strip dies? or does it come on but with dim lighting in areas like most TVs do?
