Help! Has anyone reported issues with the fit of the body of the key? The molding would not open and when we finally got it open and battery changed it will not close, like the seal is a nanometer too large. 2020 Jeep Cherokee. Thank you!

No, that shouldn't be needed. Just replaced mine and no reprogramming was needed.
