Thank you for this but cut you drop a shop link for the glue and or the metal peice for the motor

By 'metal piece' for the motor, I assume you're referring to the pulley or gear on the end of motor shaft. If you're missing it, I'm not sure where to find one. I may have forgotten to show how I removed it from the old motor. As for the glue (Loctite), you can find it at most hardware stores or department stores in the home or hardware sections. Apologies for the late response.

Hi so wondering if you can help me. My battery compartment is missing the metal piece. In the video you showed connecting the first red wire, however, you didn’t show how to solder the second terminal, can you help me? I really want my toy to work?

Hi, Colleen. It's been a 'minute' since I've made or even watched this video. I guess I didn't show all the soldering. Looking at the 13:41 mark, it shows how the red wires are connected. If you pause the video, the red wire on the right battery terminal it soldered to the terminal on the left. That second red wire then goes to the motor. The black wire at the bottom is soldered to the terminal below by itself. I think that's what you were asking about. Oh, you also mentioned missing a 'metal piece' which I think you mean the copper battery terminal. I do show how to make one in the video. Any more questions, please let me know.

The wheels might be sticking a bit. So when the first wheel stops, the 2nd isn't spinning freely anymore. I used a light oil between them on mine to resolve the problem. A little grease may work as well. It is difficult to access the wheels without complete disassembly. If you gently press the wheels away from each other, you may get a drop of oil in there, without remove the shaft. I had the prize strips on two of my wheels come loose. I dabbed a little super glu on it and re-apply the paper strips. There are a number of springs inside this unit than may weaken or break over time and need replaced. Springs are attached to various level arms for button operation and coin dispensing. If you need to replace the belt, look for a place that supplies belts for tape recorder machines. Hello, I bought exactly this machine but it came without the coins / slugs. Could you do me a big favor by giving me the exact dimensions (diameter, thickness and material) of the slugs? It would be a great help in finding replacements for them. Thank you!

@@That_AMC_Guy In our machine, some dimes work, others are slightly too big. I've been meaning to check the hardware store to see if there's a metal washer that might work.
