Thank F for this vid! I thought I'd screwed up so bad when I was trying to clean the gunk from the seal and this friggin spring popped out. Managed to get it in the groove on the seal and pushed it all back but it didn't seem right. Thankfully saw this vid and how to remove the front spring and reattach it propperly!! Saved me a big call out fee and a lot of explaining to the misses!

It is normal for the new seal to rub on the drum the first use? Just done a rinse cycle and it is rubbing slightly. Double checked inner spring ring is flush.

its impossible to put the rubber back....
