try a suction cup or gorilla tape first to save some time, if you cant get one or 2 then remove the remaining ones. mine where pretty tough to get out but enough pulls with a little suction cup and they pop out eventually.

Why did you take the wheel off mate? No offence but there's no need to remove the wheels at all.

Hi thanks for the comment your right you can do very easily with some sticky tape and pull once or twice and they'll pop out....I found this out afterwards lol Suppose thiers many ways of doing but yes I've showed the viewers the longest way...😬
