The model shown in this video is a 2013 Nissan Juke, but installation is similar on the other models.

I'm not use to having to dig a cabin air filter out of a car. What happen to having the filter behind the glove box

Most Nissan's are this way. It is odd that they do not make the filter housing door big enough for the filter that needs to be installed.

You can take the glove box out to get to this if you want more room to work, but to me it seems like less work to leave the glove box in place and deal with it from underneath.

I agree Nissan's engineers could do better.

Nah, the first gen Mazda3 with a two-part filter that required removing the glovebox, passenger side fuse panel, and fuse panel bracket was worse.
