Do you have any advice on why my pgbk ink won’t print? I’ve ran all the tests.

Thank you. After you put the new printhead in, do you then just close the lid and let the printer tell you it wants the ink carts .... or do you put the ink carts in immediately after the printhead?

Hi. It is best to just wait for printer to recognize printhead first. Insert cartridges after the printer asks for them. Have a great day!

Do you know how to resolve ink pad error?

Hi. The ink pad error will not go away unless it is reset. Even replacing the pad or ink pad box is not going to clear the error. There are a few websites elling "WIC" or waste inc utility. It usually costs $10, is delivered online and can be reset only that way. That is the only way I could do that. I apologize for not being much help.
