When i said the clutch plates are fully open after removing the old cable I meant to say closed. The plates are fully opened and not touching when your clutch lever is fully pulled in and the clutch basket bar is all the way close to the cable. MY B!

What am I spraying into the sleeve? Is it brake cleaner? Wd-40?
