The end of my antenna is broken off and the main station I want to get in (local classical station) does not come in clear. Seeing that the antenna wire is one long cable and I may have to take a bunch of inner panels off I'm not sure how worth it the job will be for one radio station(replacement arrived today). Windy and cool out today so I may just put the decision off until tomorrow. Glad this guide exists though.

Good job, but why not use new rubber if old one is starting to deteriorate? Did it not fit well?
