Front Strut Replacement. In this video I replace the front struts on a 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix, but most cars are similar so only small variations need to be made for others. Monroe Quick-Struts I use: a.co/9hF2gkd

Probably tension because you need a jack under the assembly to move up and down as needed

Are the Monroe brand the same as O.E.M. parts? I know some China parts have coil thickness differences and cheap bearings...

Monroe does have an OE version, but it's not a quick strut.

Hey, thanks for the video. The steering knuckle on my 2000 Grand Prix does not go down far enough to line up with the 2 strut bolts. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks.

Hi were you able to figure out your issue? I’m having the same problem currently.

Should always say all the wrenches and tools you're using it should have showed you taking off the sway bar Lincoln putting it back on other than that not bad

How much was those monroe struts and how long they last

I got two on Amazon for about $135 total. They last depending on how much you drive, but had mine for almost 4 years now.
