In this example I replace the fuel pump on my 1999 Ford Explorer SUV/Truck without taking off the gas tank by coming in from the top through the sheet metal directly over the fuel pump access hatch. This process can be utilized for many makes and models of cars/vehicles to save a lot of time and money.
