This is very very helpful I hope you see this I have a question. My timing chain is loose so I bought a new tensioner a new chain and new chain guides but the shop is trying to tell me the cam phasers are bad but it's a 2015 Kia forte with a 1.8 liter engine. Do the cam phasers usually go bad that fast. I change the oil regularly

I have removed the bolt and can jiggle the solenoid even spin it but I can not pull it out! Any idea why?
