U can take the negative battery cable off for few minutes and put back and it reset the engine light also u have 2 upstream oxygen sensors and 2 downstream stream the upstream are different from the down stream

So when purchasing the new ones, they differ from down to upstream? And downstream is after the cat, correct?

Take the down streams off first, and it gives you just enough space to swing a wrench on the upstream. It’s a bitch

How many o2 sensors would a 2010 GT have? I’ve heard 3 and I’ve also heard 4.. and their locations?

I would think two unless you also have two more closer to the rear of the mid pipe. I’ve only heard of cars having either two or four. Hope this helps

You have 4 total 02 sensors, 2 upstream (before your Cats) and 2 downstream (after the cats). Bank 2 sensor 1 is darn near invisible from any angle that's why some assume they only have 3 sensors. I am an owner of a 2006 GT and this video isn't really helpful considering he has long tube headers. Stock locations for the upstream sensors with factory headers are MUCH closer to the engine making you wish you tiny hands to reach them!

just checked my ob2 scanner on my 2013 s197( engine check light) codes are p0050 h02s heater control circuit bank 2 sensor 1 , amd another code p2254 says 02 sensor negative current control circuit/ open bank 2 sensor 1. need help here bud😩

@@TRIPPYJ well all i did waa disconnect my negative terminal for about a minute then reconnect and check engine light went away. dunno how long itll last but im keeping track, but for sure i know its one of my 02 sensor thats going out.

Same codes just popped up for me earlier today on my 2012 mustang and all I had to do was replace the o2 bank 1 sensor 1 which is on the passenger side before the catalytic converter

@@SSINATIVE our mechanic said it is a corrupted tune. and didn't want to fix it. but he did say the o2 sensor is bad. so i'm changing now. pray for me.

@@JazzJunkie all my issues turned out to be were the O2 sensors and a bad fuel pump. Thankfully no retuning needed so best of luck!

@@SSINATIVE I changed the o2 sensor for bank 1. My next step is to change the fuel filter. He's not hesitating as much but it's still happening. Do you think I Should change the other o2 sensor for bank 2 first?

I know your video is old but I noticed that you said driver side sensor was bad and you didn’t replace that one. Plus front and rear sensor have same measurements but do different things
