brother i have ford fiesta mk6 1.4 tdci my problem is that whenever i start the car battery warning light comes on the dash but if i fully press the throttle all the way to 5k rpm it starts charging and light goes offf , plz help me to solve this issue . this problem started when i removed the battery

Hello ! My 307 alternator is little different. I noticed that one of 2 connectors was ready to com out Thin cable . I fixed it. My cuestion is can this poor contact caused car start ? After fixing this car start normal

But after a little driving I proved to come out this cable but car stars again. I'm wondering if tha was the problem that battery doesn't change before.

What is the plug for that you pushed in please? My rcz isn't charging at the moment and I'm unsure if it's a smart alternator system? Apparently if you un plug that wire then it will charge at 14v anyway?

I don't know what type of alternator is fitted to the RCZ, but disconnecting the field winding plug usually stops the alternator from producing any voltage.

@@HaynesManuals thanks for your reply. I've actually put the car in for repair today and been quoted £500 for an alternator. Annoying I probably could have done it myself.

0:22 Apart from that's the RHS! 1:30 better to use side cutters/nail pliers for the plastic retainers. 2:17 Note the direction of the text, then you don't need tippex! 3:39 better use a rachet socket on this.
