Thank you for making this video! I had a paper jam that I couldn't get to. I followed your instructions up to the point of removing the fuser and was able to extract the paper. I really like this printer and have had it for a long while. I was worried that I'd have to buy a new one. Thanks again!

Hello, do you still have this printer? The printer stopped printing, it gives the error “No toner. Insert toner”, after disassembling it I found a spring, it’s not clear where it came from.

Unfortunately I don't have this device. Maybe if you try the reverse way disassembling the printer you will find out where is this spring from. Good luck!
