I think some times you can use a socket, if it's the right size, as the tool to get a bearing pressed in evenly

Nice Tusk tool video. The cold snowy winter days are the best time to go through your wheel and steering stem bearings. Make sure your bearing seats in the hub bore correctly.

Its a plug for their store. They know you could do this with simple hand tools but they want you to buy their ridiculous, over complicated bs that your only ever gunna use once or twice

The Honda type tool is special. Using a screwdriver and hammer could gouge the inner hub surface if not careful. At least they describe how to do the rest without special tools, if needed.
