I really want the Mick driver and was just wondering did you include the asking amount on that was on his website in the Switzerland currency I think it was like 2.30 (CHF) or did you send an international coupon with the same value, many thanks

The stamp going inside the envelope should be a return stamp to your country if your country offers that if not you need to add in money instead of a stamp. The stamp on the outside is for the country you’re sending it too, the country you see on the teams address ;)

Quick question, if I speak Italian should I send my letter to Ferrari in Italian? Because I've seen some personalized cards saying "For X" and others saying "Per X" which is in Italian so I assume the tifosi sent their letters in Italian?

I don’t think writing it in Italian matters, it’s a team member that will open the letters so there is a possibility they don’t speak italian (although unlikely) so just something to keep in mind. I don’t think it’ll increase or decrease your chances of getting a reply.

And to answer your second question in my experience all letters I’ve sent with money have gotten back to me and McLaren even sent me cards and my money back in the envelope :)

For the envelope they send back to you, does it have to be a stamp from where the team is located? Or can I use the global stamp from the country I live?

If an international return stamp is available to you then you can use it otherwise it’s money ☺️

I couldn’t tell you how much money but you can always research mailing fees from your country to wherever it is your requesting from and estimate, at least that’s what I do ;)

@@katrinaamber2066 couldn’t tell you for each but between 4-8 months ;) Although in the last year I have yet to receive anything despite requesting so I think teams might not be doing them as often anymore and offering digital cards instead ;(

On the envelope returning to your address from Ferrari did you have to use an Italian stamp? I live in the UK and I don’t think a UK stamp would work if it’s being sent from Italy to the UK, how did you do it? Did you just put some euros in?

You’d have to ask your post office if they sell return stamps because in some countries they do. Here in Mexico there’s no return stamps so I put euros in the envelope;)

I wouldn't be able to tell you specifically but perhaps going to your post office and asking for a stamp might work or they might be able to help you.

alpha tauri gives the digital ones, just email them that you want the driver's card

Hey, yes as I mentioned in the video you are able to email some of the teams, personally I received a reply from a few teams but simply with the steps of how to request via actual mail.

Hey and is it right to send the letter now because I tried the Mercedes one now they sent an automated reply that it was too early to ask for card now as the season hasn’t started yet

I’m not sure, I’ve never personally sent cards earlier than March so I wouldn’t know for certain. I do hope you receive some though 😉

I couldn’t tell you for sure my experience was I emailed all teams and the ones that replied just sent me instructions on how to request via physical mail

I don’t believe so. The only team I contacted was Mercedes and this was 2 years ago. They replied to me that week and had my driver cards sent to me within the month. Just depends on their schedule and how quick they get to you

I personally didn’t use the website I just sent a letter asking for driver cards and I got a response ;) but you could also try emailing the team so they can give you instructions or another link

Some teams request you do or a prepaid stamp as it increases your chances of receiving a card however it's entirely up to you.
