I wanted to ask whether it's possible to get an HR job directly after bachelors or is some certification required? Can you also suggest some universities with great Bachelor for HRM?

You can land a job with or without a bachelors in HR. I do not have any specified programs that I would recommend. However, you would need to research these institutions to see if they have enough pull to help you land a job.
