All these videos say ROMMON but if it’s locked I need to reset without that. I tried over course of 5 days different ways hundreds of times. I’ll see the reset but it too flys by me.

I am having problems with Windows 10 communicating with my Cisco switch, Linux mint is working just fine, do you have a skype or any other way of communication?
