Can't even count how many times I had to reset it, I would NEVER AGAIN purchase anything from this brand. Everytime they update the firmware will create new problems, they should fix these issues. Never seen a market product with some many basic problems.

try doing a hard reset and if that dosent work its probably a hardware problem

Also having the same issue. My controller doesn't seem to work either so holding down buttons to reset doesn't do anything. In the Nanoleaf app I have also tried removing the device and re-adding it however this seems to get stuck in the setup when it says "Device found. Setup in progress"

I have never experienced a product so indescribably difficult to operate. Especially for this price. I will never be purchasing from this company ever again, and I will be sure to never recommend it to everyone I know. This is coming from a customer who has spent over 1,000$ on your products. I will always go with your competitor from now on. Thank goodness there are a lot of options now. You guys got lucky because you were the first to produce high quality panels.

I got a new home router and was trying to reconnect my lights, this was the fix. I reset the shapes, tried to reconnect and it worked

bro my mini triangle nanoleaf shapes wont work its just glowing white and the buttons dont work and the pairing doesnt work. if you cant help then 300$ just went down the drain

The product pairing experience has guaranteed I will never buy these products again. It's literally gotten worse since I've owned them. Almost unusable for such an expensive product.

They fail to pair and break a lot. I am on my second controller now they go bad quickly. Bout to need a third :( Also the app is very bad and often doesnt connect or wont scan the QR codes, but the secret lab RGB that ties into thge app works flawless unlike nanoleafs products.

Mine wont reset no matter how long you hold the two buttons. The power button is stuck on flashing blue and the panels are stuck on a dim white. How do I fix this?

My nanoleaf randomly disconnected from my device. I tried to pair it back to my device but it showed a message saying “Device is already paired. If you want to pair the device again, you have to delete it first.” But i dont see any way online how to delete a nanoleaf without using the app.

I have a question for the light panels line: is there any way I can get my hands on some flex linkers for the nanoleaf light panels? Mine recently fell off the wall. The panels itself still work, but some of the flex linkers broke and I cant find new ones anywhere

Error code 014, repeatedly when trying to pair up my controller. Disabled 5ghz network, only have 2.4ghz active, and nope! Have done reset, I even have two different controllers, both are failing, repeatedly.

i have done this multiple times, yet i still have one pannel that wont respond. i know its connected becuase when i press on it it becomes the same color as all the other ones, but it wont respond to commands like the others do and just stays the color it was when i pressed it

@@thenanoleaf if it's changing colour then it's clearly connected, otherwise it wouldn't be receiving power. this is the same situation i'm in right now, two triangles will light up when touched but don't sync otherwise.

Oh no. Sorry for this trouble. Have you tried checking if the wifi is on 2.4g? We have reports on some users automatically getting switched to 5g that’s why they are having pairing issues. Let us know if that helps!

Sorry for this hassle. Do you the Nanoleaf Shapes doing this? Is your Shapes Controller lights rolling like in a wave? Can you try waiting until the Controller stops since normally that means it's loading.
