Here’s how to Force Restart, Reset or Reboot your Apple Watch if it becomes unresponsive or really slow.
It’s really simple and all you have to do is press and hold the action button and the Digital Crown together for around 10 seconds. Release the buttons once the apple logo appears and it should Reset, Reboot or Restart your Apple Watch in a few seconds to a few minutes.
Once this is done your Apple Watch should boot up again and be working perfectly.
