Welcome to Georgia! I’ve lived in Atlanta up until 2009 and I moved Alabama. I follow your videos as an owner of 2006 S500. I had done headlight restorations on most of my cars and the best the results I have ever gotten was when I finish with some sort of good quality clear coat!

I have a W212 that is starting to show fogging due to long drives and weather How often should the UV protection layer be applied and is the factory coating in anyway superior so it should be kept as much as possible? Because I see a lot of cars return to their bad state soon after (Sorry polishing and compounding topic is new to me 😅)

Hi walidmorsi7156, Thanks for checking out the video. If you know other people with fogging headlights can you please share this video with them? In regards to the factory coating. I don't think it's any better than an aftermarket coating. The Sylvania headlight coating that I use in this video is still going strong from the date of this video. So, about 3 years now. They headlights still look crystal clear. If you want, you can use 3M clear vinyl as a protector. That has UV blocking and helps protect headlights.

This is a question that has nothing to do with headliners restoration. I recently bought a 2010 Mercedes S600 and one thing that I noticed about it is that when I try to unlock the doors the driver door doesn't unlock when I touch the handle but the other door handles do unlock when I touch them any idea on what to do about that

Hi Alex Rodriguez! The only thing I can say is to connect the car to a scan tool like the AUTEL and see if you can clear some codes that might be causing the problem. Also, check out www.mbworld.org and ask the community. They should be able to point you in the right direction. Wish I could have been more help.
