Took me 3 videos of confusion (new to electric guitars) before finding yours to figure any of this out even tho it's so simple haha The tremolo bridge thing is what confused me the most tbh because people did all this complicated stuff with adjusting heights, adjusting the truss rod (hope I spelled it right) etc etc I'm sure all that stuff is needed to be done eventually or when you get different types of strings but I just wanted change these cheap ass strings that came with my guitar 😅 the higher e string and the a string both snapped at the same time when I went to play my fav song (which is very chill...I'm very much NOT a shredder) Also, your cat is a very handsome and adorable chaos entity just like mine haha Mine was also trying to eat the strings and play with them

Terrific video! I personally love vintage tuners. I find them easier to string than the current tuners with a hole on the side. Suggestion - you need to have kitty in more of your shots!!! Made me smile!

Thank you for a great video. I just got a nice Fender with vintage tuners (my first) and I couldn’t of string my guitar without you! Although my finished tuners didn’t look like yours. I probably will be getting locking tuners though. I have them on all my other guitars.

easiest way to stop the strings from popping out while restringing is to push the string down with a toothpick in the tuner hole while you wind it up.

The only thing I can say which you did not do was stretching the stings a couple of times before a final tuning.

Always find it a pain to redo my old strat, one of the string ends always gets stuck in one the holes. My les paul I can do the whole lot in no time at all.

I go One by one as keep a similar tension on the neck, thus avoiding intonation shifts and possible truss rud issues. Thoughts?
