Thank you sooo much for making this video! I haven’t played Fallout 4 since launch but seeing your video after I got my Series X convinced me to jump back in. I bought the Season Pass on sale for $20 during the Xbox Countdown Sale too so I now have the complete experience. I never played with mods before but thanks to you and your mods list this feels like a new game again! The 60fps and near instant load times are the cherry on top! So impressed with how this game looks/runs now on the Series X! It’s so clean and the lighting is so good now as well! I enjoy just walking around and soaking in the atmosphere... and the gunplay is fantastic now too with the buttery smooth frame rate. I will stop rambling now but just know that your effort making this video made an old gamer very happy! Take care and I look forward to watching more of your videos!

Also in general when it comes to lighting I heavily recommend phylight and phydark 256 over enhanced flickering firelight. Phylight/dark both work together to do what eff does and a tone more making the lighting more realistic dark but not to dark and in general better. It is also incredibly compatible with other mods and doesn't crash interiors like enhanced lights and fx does.

Maybe you could make a few videos about reworking the four different factions, there's a lot of superb mods for the brotherhood and minutemen on xbox but, I can't recall any great ones for the railroad and institute, other than one off player homes or armor sets. I would definitely like to see fallout have actually good stealth mechanics for a railroad playthrough. Good to see you back, hope you figure out your computer eventually.

I really appreciate this as I am just now getting into a full play through of fallout 4 (never owned any before) and was looking for some vanilla friendly mods, mostly re-textures, bug fixes and such without changing too much of the experience. One more thing I am struggling to locate is a good vanilla-friendly ENB. I know it depends on the weather and lighting I intend to use so what are some that work well with the mods featured in this video? I plan on probably 90% of the same load order as I liked pretty much everything I saw. Looking for any and all replies.

I love NAC...I always use the original because I think it looks great on the default settings. I adjust a couple of small settings and leave it.

good list. I use a mix of vivid fallout + langley and stromberg projects I keep forgetting about natural landscapes, which sands I actually prefer..

You can add stromberg retexture project after Oil's if you want a little more

Pro tip for Xbox one users: If have the Reflective Map Fix and you’re still having some weapon/armor metal reflective bug issue, specifically the alloy metal and bronze reflective map like on the barrel of the pipe weapons or the visor on the creation club Chinese stealth suit then I highly recommend downloading The Rizzlers LAER (original version not vanilla cube map) as that will bring back some reflective material cubemaps on some of the weapons and armor in the game. Side note it is at over 170mb so you may need to make some space also sadly it doesn’t work with gold cube map texture like with Spiffyskytroopers Vault Suit Redux, you’re trim will still be black

I can't remember the name of the top of my head but there's a new mod on Xbox and on PC I think for ammunition it changes it into the resident evil ammunition box design and to me it looks really really nice

hey flopkin, if you see this id like to tell you about a mod you could possibly use in a future fo4 mod pack, not great not terrible was recently ported to xbox from the nexus page, and it basically replaces the vanilla geiger counter sounds with much more realistic and metro-vibe sounds.

you have not uploaded in a while but u should do a video on a mod called Sanguinaire its a vampire mod its so amazing and its still getting updated in 2021 it allows you to be a vampire hunter or a vampire or both but the story line of the hunter ends differently besides from the hunter part there is loads of bloodlines and loads of other stuff which is too much to say here you should check it out.

Just curious you don’t use the unofficial patch? I’m wondering sometimes if it’s even necessary? I’ve had it on every walkthrough people say it makes a huge difference. But I don’t see it in your load order? Any reason at all? Just super curious

Hey, flopkin while watching your videos I tough about a different idea for you to recreate fallout 4 into a real world, for example there's a mod that changes the names and retexture food and drinkables for example it changes the nuka cola into coca cola and even changes the posters in the commonwealth, yo can also do the real world weapons and replace the vanilla ones with real world ones and alot of bunch of things that I know would turn fallout 4 world unto our world like the great war happens today and you wake up 200 years later... I think that you would make and awesome video about it
