I would love to see this series! I’m 32 and recently got my first board after over two decades of wanting to skate, but feeling I was too unfit to start or worrying what people would think. Your videos with Chole were partly why I chose to take the plunge. I find them so inspirational and have learned so much, and I am so grateful to have this channel guiding me as I take baby steps towards progression. Thank you!

I think beginners and seasoned skaters alike love to watch other people's progress. I was learning how to switch Tre the other day and there were a couple local rippers at my park who just sat and cheered me on. Those that know how to skate remember that first kickflip feeling and it's such a joy to watch other people experience that!

Aaron and Chole are such a great duo, i wish i had somebody like Aaron to personally teach me to skate.

Really hope this series continues. As a 31 year old that has been dabbling in skating again over the last couple of years, it's great to see an adult starting from a low level and overcoming the fear.

I'm 29 and have always been in love with skateboarding but was never able to bring myself to do more than to just learn to push around on and off due to being overweight and embarrassed. These types of videos have helped push me to buy a cheap complete from Tactics to try and start letting my inner child try to learn

I was hoping we would get more episodes with Chloe after watching the two with Ella the Poser. It would be awesome to see an episode with Chloe and Ella the Poser. I learned to skate from the videos you and Chloe made. She asks the right questions. I like the episodes for learning to skate at a later age because they help me the most.

Watching Chloe makes me genuinely happy! I get like that too, where I do something once, step away for a while and then get scared to do it again haha. But watching her gets me hyped to get back out there and try again!

Braille and marvel movies are oddly on the same path. The videos started simple then became huge and complex then they lost OGs and now we’re back to simple videos with a younger team. It’s refreshing and I love it!!

Last time I tried the practice steps for the shove-it I shinned myself like 9 times...but Aaron's are so clean and Chole's was actually really nice so I'm gonna go risk the shin again haha

I started skateboarding back in high school then stopped for about a year then I started again and got comfortable with everything and was starting to learn how to pump but stopped because life got hectic and now a year later I’m learning again

Always inspiring to see somebody just learning and trying. I haven't dropped in in 3 years but I'm going home to visit my family in a couple months so I've gotta prove that I've still got it lol

Chloe gettng over her fears and succeeding got me cheering out loud in my living room. A.K. is on point by saying fears are not real. Fears are catastrophes that exists in the head. Personnaly, I would of started her off by practicing manuals then off the ledge. But AK. knows his students better than I do and is an amazing skateboard teacher. Hey, Aaron! Could you please teach Chloe (actually me, haha) how to accelerate with tic-tacs? There's no way I'm catching the gist of it. Sometimes I get it randomly when I'm practicing turns. But if I purposely want to accelerate with tic-tacs, I never succeed :c

Yeah, in the beginning i was using soccer shin guards that had a cup around the ankle bumps and plastic in front. They protected very well

you have to know physics and be comfortable enough with it to imagine yourself doing it or just know how to do it in a realistic way. physics, weight, balance, being able physically perform the action to flip the wood... all the fear and everything in your mind doesn't matter, just whatever follows the laws of physics.

Suggestion: A Beginner to Intermediate Series maybe? And then an Intermediate to Pro? Just split into two, so that people of different skill levels can go back and replay videos at their skill level. Also yes, Soccer shinguards are perfect. I believe there are also ankle guards.
