Yummiest peanuts! BTW, its not sand in the roaster, its coarse salt which transfers the heat and a bit of saltiness to the peanuts. From repeated use, the salt keeps getting darker until it turns black. No harm though. I don't understand why the video keeps showing the same process over and over 🙂
