Thanks guys did mine using this video among other on my Jetta after throwing my raceland primos on and mine came out mint no waves nothing and my first time doing it. Now I did tak my time about 30-40 min a wheel just to make sure I wasn’t going to fast and I kept it heated properly but omg did it help.I’m running 235/40 r18s so I needed it bad since as we know jettas don’t really like my size tire 😂 now I only scrap on serious bumps and pot holes 🕳

I suggest a new oil pan if your going low, mk7 have a plastic oil pan but ecs tuning offers better and stronger ones 👍🏻👍🏻

Hear the aftermarket pans tend to seep and leak though. Most folks I know went back to a plastic pan or the OEM pan and just put a shield underneath that different companies sell.

So where can I find the .missing info on the front tab where the fender meets the bumper. That area on mine has a faint buckle and Id like to iron out the area with a roller. Do we grind it off completely or shave it?

Is there a reason you didn’t get the GTI with performance pack? I would think with going stage 2 and all the lsd would be very useful.

as someone who bought a 2015 non PP GTI, for one you save a lot of money because they sit on the lot a lot longer than the PP models. everyone wants the PP. I got my SE non-PP for a really low price compared to the PP models (2015 SE did not include PP standard). Also, it means you can purchase a mechanical LSD like a Wavetrac for about a grand and then have it put in. From what I understand, they outperform the factory LSD by a lot specifically in a tire-lift scenario. The 10 HP gain is negligible, as we all tune the car straight away. I do miss having the golf R brakes, though. to me thats the biggest drawback. Although I will say my car stops just fine with some upgraded pads.

That connector piece between the fender and the front bumper is giving me headaches. But I am running a huge wheel.. (18x8.5 on 225/40/R18 if anyone wonders)

@@user_abcxyzz well not really, idk what I drank last year to write that. But with ET35 it's quite difficult to fit it road legal (for TÜV in Germany yk). I ended up sawing in a little in order to be able to pull the fender out where it connects to the front bumper. Difficult to explain

What do you think of the 2022 GTI? Personally hate the new plaid. Considering the 2021 GLI. Thoughts on that?

I have a 19 GLI, same car for all intents and purposes as the 21. If you have ever driven a Mk7/7.5 GTI is feels very similar. Just as fast, and a little roomier. It is a touch bigger and doesn’t feel as nimble

@@2liter8valveABA I like the GLI dash much more then the GTI, just wish the GLI had plaid. There’s so many things I don’t like about the upcoming GTI; awful plaid, no climate buttons, pumper, no shifter. Only good things about the upcoming GTI is the dash and made in Germany.

Not that I don't appreciate wha you are trying to accomplish but the front spoiler looks a bit out of place, protrudes too much in a none flattering way but that's just me.. have you seen the front spoiler on a Golf 7 GTI Clubsport Edition 40?
