I would stay away from King Root. I tried it, it did not root the Samsung S3, but it did stop at least two functions on the phone from working. I can no longer cast the screen and I my phone can no longer use it's wired HDMI display share, two important functions. I did the time consuming recovery of my phone in order to get it back to factory, a real PITA to install everything again, the wired display share worked, then King root automatically downloaded to my phone and all is messed up again. This is some of the worse malware I've ever encountered, and for me, I don't want it anywhere near my phone, lest you be stuck with it, no matter what..
