Thanks, I’m glad you liked it. This is the best way I’ve ever been able to explain a chest x-ray to somebody. I think I have another chest x-ray video in here too. If you wanna check it out. But the gentle rotation and the divergent rays, really come in to play if you angle the patient forward. So thanks so much for watching my videos and have an awesome day. Jeff.

when you rotate their shoulders, do you also have to rotate the hips?

Does it work for lateral weight bearing knee also? Please do one for for lateral knees and y views :)

Hi, sorry for the late reply. It does apply as well. You’ll need to do a slight rotation and an angle up or down depending on if you’re medial or lateral. Most likely if you’re medial lateral, you’ll be shooting with an angle up an angle down and if you’re shooting lateral to medial you’ll be shooting with an angle down. I’ll be doing special views coming up. I just finished a series on upper extremity and lower extremity. Upper extremity including the elbow and up to the elbow, and lower extremity up to the pelvis hip.Thanks for watching my video and I hope you come back to my channel. Jeff.
