Hey, guys in this video I'm going to show you how you can configure visual studio code (#vscode) to run JAVA programs on #mac OS (operating system) visual studio code java and I'm also gonna show you how you can run two sample user input program on #vscode_java java in vscode

Thank you for the tutorial! I had a question: in the terminal, is there any way to hide the file information (name of macbook, folder information, etc) so it just shows what what is inside the quotation marks?

I wish I had found your video at the start of this semester. I didn’t have anyway of practicing Java on my Mac and had to rely on my brother bringing his Windows PC on an irregular schedule until today. If you can't take input from the console, then go to settings( [command]+ "," )> Extension> Run Code Configuration then scroll down and enable "Run in Terminal" and then restart the Code window.

I seem to be having some problems, after I save the file as a .java it automatically sets up the public class Information but has errors at the bottom in th problems section and read this. "setup1.java is a non-project file, only syntax errors are reported" everything was installed correctly too. Any Ideas for what might be wrong?

Help needed, when I put java --version in the terminal it showed me an error "Error: dl failure on line 558 Error: failed /Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/jdk-15.0.2.jdk/Contents/Home/lib/server/libjvm.dylib, because dlopen(/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/jdk-15.0.2.jdk/Contents/Home/lib/server/libjvm.dylib, 10): no suitable image found. Did find: /Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/jdk-15.0.2.jdk/Contents/Home/lib/server/libjvm.dylib: code signature invalid for '/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/jdk-15.0.2.jdk/Contents/Home/lib/server/libjvm.dylib'" What should I do? this is really confusing. Please let me know.

here your class name should be same as your file name as suggested in video else you will get error
