You will get a letter in the mail from FMCSA for your audit call. Do this ASAP. It’s easy, they basically just go over your application to verify what you’ve entered.

Great video as always. Man I wish I had this info before I did my first load. One thing that might help you. A take a sharpie with me and right on the boxes 1,2, or 3 that way I don’t even have to look at them again, after I scan them. Keep up the great work

In your video you mention to scan all the items and go check out. Then you said to go and finish loading the truck and check out again. Great and informative video to get people familiar and take away the guessing for new comers....Amazon will tell you that you should scan and then load immediately one by one so that you don't lose track .....they have a problem if you scan packages back to back...it makes the load prone to errors

Thank You! Brothers and sisters thats work but its fun when love is in the workers . I thought as watching,is there a cell phone stick with swivel on the end that holds the cell phone to make scanning a bit easier then having to bend over so much if so I'd get one. As the old saying goes the right tools of the trade nake the job easier even if its a small but useful tool.

So I have been doing amazon for about a month now. I use a marker and mark the pallets with what stop number they are and load them on truck backwards. Example if you have 4 stops. The 4th stop pallet goes in truck first then 3 then 2. So forth. I load all pallets first. Then I work on singles. (Gaylord). I align the gaylords side by side and in front of one another. It makes it easier to sort and organize your gaylords with your stops. Yep you will have to rearrange your gaylords once you get to your stops but it faster and more organized. My saying. “Organization is speed”

Idk if it’s different in every state but I know with box truck drivers that check in to my building out here in CA every pallet or unit must get scanned by one of us and we confirm loaded contents before we send them on their way.
