For that anchor leg, I struggle with getting weight into it to bite into the ice. What’s the feel there, is it more in the heel? Is it the ankle angle?

I've got bad hips from playing goal all through my childhood. I play pickup games every so often and my hips are definitely a limiting factor to my ability. Does the playbook go over stretches and exercises to help my hips get looser/ give more mobility??

Hey Zach, Yes it does. We have a section (Goalie Mobility) on this. We brought in a physical therapist who breaks down the stretches. Something I wish I would have had at a younger age… cause I feel you

just an fyi, if a player pushes the goalies pad and the puck goes in behind it, that's no goal
