You are asking to take term plan. Do you know the lapsation is highest in term plans only. Do any insurance company provide term plan for less than 18yrs? Or those without any Income proof..? Practically after 30 yrrs, only term plan. By then. Premium will be very high.. will it be same as 18 yrs? Moreover for term plans GST is 18%. other plans 2.5%.

The idea is good, however there is fundamental error in the calculations. 1. Starting 30k a month is ok, increasing 10pct per year is difficult, in this case by the age of 55 you need to set aside 1.25L per month. 2. Withdrawing 2L every month after 55 years, the inflation is not accounted for in subsequent years.

Inflation is accounted - Provided when you are zero at 45 years age age, 2 lakhs per month is a luxury during retirement and when you are in peak earning period 10% Step is possible.

Mr Sathish, Appreciate your guidance and financial advises. I saw this video and realize i am very much into the Same scenario , but even worse scenario .. I am at 54 yrs of age now (private employee still working) but no retirement plan yet .. All these time I have paid my home loan/ top up EMIs and rest for my children(3) studies/house expenses.. I have health/life insurances for my family . And have ancestral property earning 20K by rentals . No other savings .. After my retirement , I will have to only depend on this 20 K rentals . No other savings. Please advise retirement plan by saving 2-3 Lakhs / annum next 5-6 years and get monthly withdrawal after my 65 yrs .. Pls guide me ..

LIC - people will stay longer. For the Indian mindset LIC is the most suitable. If anyone sees 30% LOSS, they will immediately book profit / loss and loose their entire savings.. where is the Goal? Where is th security?
