Wow Mita ji such healthy calatheas u hav😍 l hav a love- hate relationship with calatheas. I love them and they hate me😆😆. I hav killed them even wen l tried them to give the best possible care. Yes my zebrina and setosa varieties r doing better and growing well. Some of calathea varieties r more fussy. Mitaji inspired by u l will try and grow them in ground this coming monsoon. I m still drooling over the huge leaves of ur zebrina. What a sight to behold👌🏻👌🏻. Mine almost lost all its leaves during winter but now is recovering well. Grt tips thank u so much for sharing🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Very good Sunday Morning Mita, So glad you touched this topic. I have these greens and I struggle to keep them happy. How rightly you have mentioned that "it need a lot of attention ". I keep adding my fallen leaves and flowers as you had mentioned in one of your videos about mulching. It works so beautifully. There's a lot of improvement. I can see those pretty white flowers in the background which I have named " windmill" known as Tugar. No fragrance but always bursting in blooms. My pathway is a carpet of flowers. Thank you Mita, enjoy your Sunday with family and garden. Until tomorrow morning 💞💕

Actually a very fussy plant ... at first the leaves were browning so i kept them in shade but due to less sun light it has developed fungus cause yellowing of leaves and root rotting with foul smell, i have put bavistin now and placed it with coleus plants .. i am planning to shift it indoor , will it be a good idea ?

No Himani not indoors. Keep them outdoors in shade (if possible shade of trees or plants) alongwith other plants. Keep treating them for fungus

Hi Gopa Size of container depends upon size of plant It likes to be root bound (so don't take a very big container) Root Pruning not required

Maine ek calathea kharida avi. Laane ki ek din baad se usti patte straight hokar rahi hay. Khulke open nehi ho rahi hay. Humidifier on kiya. Lekin kuch nehi change huya. Potting mix bahut gila hay. Indoor window se thoda dur rakha hay. Is it right?? Ya west facing balkony me rakhoon?? Samajh me nehi aa raha hay kya karoon. Avi repot karoon kya?? Plz help didi. 🙏🙏🙏😭😭

Hi Aparna ise outdoor rakhiye aur soil wet mat rakhiye. Abhi repotting ekdum mat kariye 15 days tak wait kariye

Hello ma'am U r one of the knowledgeable persons regarding garden care . I was going through your old videos and in one of them I saw coir basket which u said bought for 100 rs. I wonder is it with hangings or without as the sellers in our are area demanding 200 for coir hanging basket. I hope u will reply Thanks ma'am.

Hi Usha I bought it from Balaji Beej bhandar Kapasera New Delhi The smaller basket is for Rs 100 the bigger one is for Rs 150 .I think the sellers in your area might be selling bigger ones ( 14 inches) for Rs 200

In winters it will become Ok. Give sea feed fertilizer and if not fertilized in Sep/October then do it

Hi Yash save ho jayega abhi koi fertilizer nahi dena plant stress mein hai. Plant stabilize ho jaye to liquid cowdung manur daal deejiye
